It sure must if you allow snap-to during a definition. Of course I can (and
will as others have) allow an object already created to be moved and snapped
at the same time.

Gotos have there place, you have your right to your opinions. Don't attempt
to define everyone else's needs or values.

As they should. With both sides equally represented, not one persons opinion
forced on others. You need never use the functionality.
