Buttons in Windows

I finally was able to build a Window (over a Frame) and then displaying
buttons in the Window. When the buttons are drawn, the always tend to align
themselves with the Window. What can I do to disable that feature? It's just
that I'd like to keep my own order into that Window...
I am using Alpha3 with Windows NT Workstation.
