Windows NT alpha3 Java native code?

I'm trying to include native code with the alpha3 Windows NT java, following
the "cookbook" instructions. I've got to the point where I have the C
code that I am trying to compile into a 32 bit DLL (I'm assuming this is
correct, the instructions aren't windows specific). This includes
StubPreamble.h which includes typedefs.h and oobj.h, which include
typedefs_md.h and oobj_md.h -- which don't exist.
Where can I get these files? Or am I doing something else entirely wrong
which is causing this problem.
