I'm porting to beta, and I've got a write to a SocketOutputStream that's
never returning, even after the receiving end has disconnected. I'd
expect to get an IOException, as you do under alpha3, but alas, I get
nothing.
Has anyone had a beta socket write throw an Exception of any kind
for them?
