Netscape 2.0/Win95 No applets

I downloaded Netscape 2.0b1 and am running it under Windows95. I have yet to
see any evidence that applets even exist in this thing. They don't start and
they don't splat and they don't show up. Does 2.0b1 Windows3.1 version only
work under 3.1 and not Windows95.
