Andrew,
Tim knows this, he was at Java Day and at the first meeting of
Olivia's group as was I. Nothing definite was decided there, but we are leaning toward a
structure that allows for many small groups to work in parallel as
well as have larger general meetings. What he's doing now is along
those lines.
