Hi!,
I'm just posting this as food for thought. How about extending
Java so that is supports.
1) Persistent objects. That is so that you can save an object
instance and reload it from a URL. This would make back ends,
databases etc. a piece of pie.
2) Distributed objects. Built in support for communicating with
objects in other Java applications on other machines. Something
like remote OLE, or to communicate with OLE objects.
Any comments. I know there are a whole host of issues.
