I havent seen the new API yet (waiting for the NT version) but having worked
with PP Smalltalk for a several years, I know how nice it is to have a socket
interface based on a Stream protocol (pattern?? in current geek-speak?). The
stream-socket works across all platforms, host os, etc. If ParcPlace can do it
why not us?
