This is the second time I ever voted for a newsgroup and the second time my
vote was rejected. Will votes coming from people behind firewalls always be
rejected for one reason or another? Although my name was extracted okay,
my username wasn't and access to either the IP-address or to the domain
after the .tno.nl is severly restricted from "the outside", not even finger or ping
is supported.
I hope somebody can shed some light on this:
