I've got a couple of questions about the pre-beta release which I hope
somebody could answer...

cleaned up AWT. However, I'm also using native methods. As far as I can
see, the pre-beta release appears to have a number of classes missing from
java.util, including the dynamic linker. Can I re-compile the source from
Alpha3 or isn't it that simple?

The linker has moved to (java.lang.)System.loadLibrary()
phew! you scared me for a moment. i thought native methods were no
longer available!
