Phew. it sounded like java was going to be nastily crippled there.
Glad to know things are moving onwards.
I'm rather miffed that there wasn't a nice language reference distributed
with the JDK, like withthe alpha releases.
But anyways, now it remains to be seen what the netscape boys make of it.
[ I still can't believe they made that THEOREM PROOF the winner
of the java contest. Yeeesshhh..... ]
PS: yes, I know it wasn't just netscape, but given that Mr Andreeson was
one of the three judges... sigh...
