main() routine

This is a followup to the question about main()
To see an example of main() look at the
ArcTest() or DrawTest() in the demo directory
You can literally comment the main() routine
out and the code still works as advertised.
This main() code takes the place of initialization in the
*.html file, for example with resize().
But the question still remains, where is main() called from.
