Hi,

I've installed Java Alpha3 release on Windows NT, but whenever I try
to connect to a Web server, I get the following error:

	Error

	Failed to get: http://java.sun.com/

	Reason is: net.SocketException: connect

I've noticed others in the list posting similar questions.  Does anyone
have any insights on a solution.
