I am an absolute newbie to JAVA programming.
I have just down loaded Java and HotJava. I am looking for
any tutorials to learn java. I have got progGuide.ps.tar.Z
file, but it has a lot of ps files instead of one single file.
I tried printing them but could not get all the files to be
printed.
I am confused with the amount of stuff that I have to
down load to understand java.
I have lots of basic questions on JAVA languge.
1. Can we build GUIs using plain java instead of hotjava
2. Are there any tutorail programs on the net to learn java.
3. Any example programs along with how to run them will be
really appreciated.
Can somebody please help.
