(although I may have written that incorrectly earlier ... i just
woke up when I read that).
Besides: everyone knows that plans are available outside the institute.
just finger where a person is logged in, and *poof* there's the plan.
I can do that from MITVMA, and I'm certain that not everyone on MITVMA
owns a unix license.
