elsj (John E Elsbree):
Preparing for life as a starving grad student...
Moving to East Cambridge real soon now...
Between now and June 1, I'm not living anywhere.

sethf (Seth Finkelstein):
Uncensored xpix needs a new home. Can _you_ spare 15 Meg?
Update: private xpix is now living on borrowed time. So far
I've had only one offer of support. Disappointing.
I wonder if a telethon-like appeal is possible:
"1K will house an icon, 10K provides space for a Macpic,
100K is enough for a full screen dump... Send your pledges of
space now... "
Or perhaps random solicitation is the key. Set up a table
in W20-575 or 4-035, showing some of the better images:
"Aid for space-starved file systems ..."
Maybe I should apply to the MIT Arts Council for a grant to buy
a workstation of my own. If they'll fund "Transparent Horizons"
(excrement of the DeathBird), they'll fund anything.

"US Naval vessels have many redundant sources of electricity,
and are probably not immediately concerned with navigation if all are
gone."
