I use to think that life was logical. We do things for a purpose, we say things
to communicate, and we care for others because they care for us. In short,
for every action there is an equivilent and reasonable response. After the
last few months, I no longer believe that there is much logic to life.
Sometimes there is no purpose in what we do, sometimes there's nothing to
communicate in what we say, and sometimes we care just because we do. It's
now November 25, 1995 and I plan to no longer look for reason in the
unreasonable, I plan to appreciate people for who they are instead of who I
think they should be, and I plan to be more forgiving to myself and others.
