The scanner should be functional now. The old version was resetting the its idea of when it was last run based on the mtime of the file it last grabbed. It now ignores that mtime if it's in the future. Someone had a .plan file with an mtime in the year 2003, causing the scanner to lose and refuse to grab any plans. sigh :-)
