\/ / |\ Excellence is an art won by training and habit.
/ | \ We do not act rightly because we have virtue
/ || \ or excellence, but we rather have those
/ | | \ because we have acted rightly. We are what we

well, i'm running out of creative ideas so badly i think
i'll just pull out one of my old plans.

THE NUDE METHOD OF SOLVING RLC CIRCUITS
1) build your circuit. leave lots of room.
2) replace each resistor with a brunette, each
capacitor with a blonde, and each inductor
with a redhead
3) turn on power
-------------------------------------------------------
That's the whole trouble. You can't ever find a place
that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any.
You may *think* there is, but once you get there, when
you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write
"Fuck you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I
think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a
cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say
"Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was
born and what year I died, and then right under that
it'll say "Fuck you." I'm positive, in fact.

"The Catcher in the Rye"

the plan now is to graduate in may, then hopefully
stay another year for the MEng program if i can find
funding. if not... well, we'll see.

therese (Therese):
At the still point of destruction
At the centre of the fury
All the angels all the devils
All around us can't you see
There is a deeper wave than this
Rising in the land
There is a deeper wave than this
Nothing will withstand...
