mhpower (Matthew H. Power):

We decided that you can have a certain amount of candy a week and
you have already had your share this week. These rum balls are for
the company that is coming tomorrow, but I'll freeze some for you
so you can eat them next week."

"I know, Mommy," Goldie sighed. "You're right. But it's so hard
to make these balls and not taste any. They look delicious!"

"Oh, Goldie!" laughed her mother, "you can have one. You just
reminded me of one of the Mitzvot in the Torah.

A person is not allowed to place a muzzle on an ox while it is
working for its master treading grain!

(The full text
of this and 338 similar files is available, although I doubt
that I'll be putting more of it into my .plan file right away.)

yandros (Chad Phillip Brown):

  Whew.

Feeling awfully tired and stiff today. Got food for a canoeing trip
that I didn't make (and they'd better tell me about it. :-) Had a
great time at a water park with some friends yesterday (quote:
``What do we need now?'' ``More shirtless SIPB members?''
``NOOO!!!!!!''), and then patrol (very relaxed patrol game for me.)
and then a movie at Random that I mostly slept through (I'd seen it
before though) and then sleep and then a phone call (ping!) and then
more sleep, and then laundry, and then... well, this isn't a
play-by-play. Suffice to say that it's been and active period.

  Ok, so, some other stuff:

Monday: Ultimate, after the SIPB meeting
  Wednesday: Ultimate, MIT Team pickup
  Friday: Ultimate, diskless pickup
Staurday: Patrol, We Use Nuclear Weapons!
Sunday: Biking, maybe, if I get a working bike

This leaves several slots open for: swimming, running, lifting,
volleyball, fencing, and other stuff. Make suggestions!
