Rich, $400,000 total income (with perhaps $150,000 of it "earned") is pretty
damned good, but it's not considered "spectacular". For the family of the
chief executive of even a small state, it's by no means out of line. Compared
to the people who make millions speculating in real estate and so forth, this
is penny-ante stuff. So Hillary hit it rich once in beef futures. So what?
Perhaps the Clintons also feel that they should have paid more taxes than
they in fact did.
