No no no. The worst people among the fairly left-wing and feminist group
of east campus/hacker/twinkie/weirdo type of people you hang out with,
maybe. :-) The worst people at MIT? Well, there we get into the people
who refuse to date MIT women because they don't want to go out with
anyone smarter than they are...the ones who've thrown bricks at lesbian
couples...the ones who have different parties for different colleges
(Lesley? Beer, grain alcohol in the punch, music too loud to talk.
Wellesley? Tablecloths, dinner, soft music, wine...No, I'm not even
operating on rumor here; I know women who've been to these parties), the
rapists, the ones who steer women out of math, out of physics, out of
whatever department they think women shouldn't be in...
No offense, Marc, but you're not cynical enough.
