Several months ago, I had composed a message as rptaurie suggests, but
decided (for the reason Ping mentions) not to use it.  I am reconsidering
making one to explain CA to new users.

Something similar to this is being considered.  Currently, CA excludes
plans that contain something like "logged out", but the regexp needs to
be made more flexible.

Please send further flames and comments to ca-maintainers, where they
will be immediately refiled to /dev/null.  Thank you.
