It's from my plan in [4212], which in turn is from a rather long
and as-yet-unfinished something-or-other I've been writing off and
on. (mostly off, unfortunately....)
Sorry for the repeat; I needed to change .plan files but couldn't
think of a new one so I just dsgrep'd through ca and found an old one. :o]
(the "Lieutenant Tragg" bit was a rather silly poke at Perry Mason
and the disclaimer you find at the beginning of books which state
that any resemblance between characters herein and real life is coincidental,
and... well, never mind.)
