As many of you have noticed, I no longer log in often enough to
make CA jump through all the appropriate hoops in the correct
order.
So... As I said in my last .plan file, if you are interested in
seeing ca continue, and if you have root access to charon, please
send me email volunteering to take over.
Otherwise CA will continue to degenerate. That's not a threat, it's
a statement of fact.
