If there is no new material in jinx's .plan, there is no reason to
refrain from removing him from the database. And the date and time at
7am each day isn't new material.
In wslee's case, the same is true. The fact that he's used athena in
the last day isn't new material. If they wish to be in ca, let them
post or request their .plan included each day. Or perhaps ca
should include their .plans one a week or something.... By having the
same quotes posted each day, they are knowingly or unknowingly
inviting someone to remove them from the database.
