I then take it that if somebody puts in a 10,000 character uuencoded file
which changes one byte at a time, you will let it go through every night?
I look at this as noise filtering. Free speech does not apply to people
using sound cars at 2am in the morning. I've been hoping that ca can
avoid being expunged, but the amount of noise we let in will make that
inevitable. I see nothing sinister or oppressive about deleting plans
with no information content, especially if you adopt a policy that they
get reinstated on the author's request. The author can always enter his or
her views into ca by replying to a transaction.
