If either one asks to be reinstated, I will do so. I was under the
impression that sethg was sending mail to people who didn't seem to
understand what CA was doing; if no one is, then I will do so.
My policy is going to be the following: I reserve the right to
remove people whose .plans are the same, modulo "Last logged in/out"
information, but keep reappearing because of this time-based
information. If asked by someone who has been deleted from the
database based on those criteria to be reinstated, I will reinstate
that person.
No one will be removed from the database who asks to remain. No one
will be removed due to substantive content of their .plan file.
