Seth: don't get me wrong; I started the SIPB non-deposit can recycling and
my NYTs end up at the Cambridge recycling place every month. But I'm
uncomfortable with the concept of a Captain _____ in general.
I guess my point is that it is possible to be politically correct and to
do the right thing without being Politically Correct and Doing the Right
Thing, and that the latter scares me. And the idea of a Captain Planet
television show is, to my mind, dangerously close.
