I've thought about a birthday server. There are a couple of problems with it. The primary one is how to collect all the data. Another is a conceivable hassle over privacy issues. I could create a dozen servers of various types, but there's a benefit/maintenance ratio to be considered, as well as a broad question of "Does the zworld really zneed this?".
