rlcarr: Yeah. The only real way to argue with these people is to
have a thorough knowledge of the Bible in it's native languages. My
Rabbi tells stories of fundamentalists knocking on his door. He
invites them in and hacks them apart verse by verse. Since they don't
know hebrew, the end up with no legs to stand on. In general, there
are two things they do: 1) pervert the language in translation to say
what they want, 2) take quotes out of context. So, when you throw a
different (more accurate) translation or context at them, they tend to
dump core pretty quickly.
