PIECE OF ADVICE #1:
If you ever move to the Seattle area avoid the Bellevue Meadows apartments
or any other property operated by the Lincoln Property Company. They told
me they had an apartment waiting for me, and then (about a month later,
after I had forwarded my mail, set up telephone service, etc.) told me it
was not available.
PIECE OF ADVICE #2:
As Gary Bean explained it to me: "A verbal agreement isn't worth the paper
it's written on." If you ever make an agreement with a landlord, get it
in writing.
