Pumpkin Bread
(2 loaves)
3 c sugar
1 c corn oil
4 eggs
1 1lb. can pumpkin
3 1/2 c flour
1 t baking powder
2 t baking soda
2 t salt
1/2 t cloves
1 t cinnamon
1 t allspice
1 t nutmeg
Beat all together and bake about 60 minutes at 350 F in greased and
floured pans. Makes 2 loaves.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan.
