Well, at the suggestion of Fred Martin of the LEGO lab, I have
constructed a large mousetrap with that universal building supply,
LEGO. Please do not disturb the trap, it is behind the garbage can.
Right now the trap is purely mechanical, but we are looking into
more intelligent solutions, like something using the Braitenburg
bricks or even LEGO TC Logo. Please send suggestions or notices of
trapped mice to hogg@amt (me). Trapped mice can be released outside.
I don't expect much success with this firs prototype; mice are
fairly resourceful, even the fat ones of the Learning and Epistemology
Group.
