Brothers,
If any of you are interested in FinCom, I am going to be holding a meeting
this Friday at 3pm in the office. The main purpose of this meeting is to
approve the purchase of an office camera.
If there are things that you are aware of that were passed off to FinCom but
never happened, please let me know so that we can discuss these in a future
meeting.
RECEIPTS: If any of you are holding any receipts covering the time from
July 1 - September 30 please fill out an RFP and place them in the strong
box this Friday by noon. If for some reason there are no RFPs left (there
should be some though) please leave a note in the strong box with your name,
attached receipt, purpose of item(s) purchased and account that should
be charged (i.e. svp, mvp, pub-dir, etc.).
I will deal with getting the appropriate authorization for anyone if it means getting you to turn in the receipts by Friday at noon.
Reasoning: I don't want to receive receive receipts in November for things
that were purchased months earlier because I am going to be updating the
officers on there they stand in their budget. If people do not turn in
receipt, officers may go over budget. This is not good :\ .
I'm friendly, really! :) , if you do this for me it will make my job easier.
Office Hours - just a reminder that I will be in the office from 8-10am and
3-5pm this Friday.
Dues - just a reminder that active brothers need to pay $20 if they plan on
continuing to be active brothers. Please pay asap, I will set a due date of
the next chapter meeting (2 weeks from now). Due date subject to change with
notice.
