The 12 bylaw amendments passed last term have been incorporated into
the main document (found, as always, in /mit/apo/bylas) as has the
standing policy passed on voting on pledges. New copies will be printed
tomorrow.

New copies will also be printed and emailed tomorrow of the four remaining
bylaw amendments that were postponed to the first chapter meeting of this
term.

Changes of immediate note:
1) To be active, members must sign a form stating they intend to
attempt to fulfill the spirit of the brotherhood requirements (see bylaws
for full text). The last execcom apointed the duty of collecting such
documents to the MVP and treasurer.

2) The policy for voting on pledges is now a standing policy and will default
to staying the same unless activee measures are taken to change it (see
standing policies and bylaws for full details). Note: No change has been
made in this in many years in any event.

A draft of an amendment allowing execom to alternate its meetings with
time for committee meetings will be presented at the next exec-com. Anyone
interested in helping draft it is encouraged to contact
apo-rules-comm@mit.edu.
