open house, wednesday! (and other events)

so to replace the normal open meetings we've had in the past, i'm planning
to have a few more interesting events instead, giving us a chance to
entertain the frosh rather than have them deal with just another meeting.
to do this, we have four open not-meetings this month:
wednesday, september 8, we have an open house in the office, from 7-10pm.
if you can be there for any of that time, *please* come; the more brothers
we have there, the better.
tuesday, september 14, we have a couch destruction (because fenway seems
to end up with so many couches that really shouldn't be used again), more
details will be forthcoming. because you'll really want a break from that
problem set. :)
saturday, september 18. after the open project in the morning, we'll be
having an open picnic at a park; come hang out with the prospectives and
tell them all about apo! more details will be forthcoming. again. :)
later in the month (the exact date escapes me at the moment), there will
be a night of games in the office. again, a time to tell the frosh about
apo, but to have fun as well.
please, if you can, make an attempt to come to these events. the more
brothers we have to talk to the prospectives, the better their impression
of apo will be. we have a goodly collection of names from the activities
midway; help us convince some of them that they want to hang around and
join apo. :)
