WE'RE BACK TO THE FIRST TUESDAY SCHEDULE.
WE HAVE A NEW LOCATION (well, sort of new, it's the same place we went to in
July). The Red Cross actually is now holding drives at the American Legion
Hall in Burlington on the 1st & 3rd & 5th Tuesdays of the month and at the
Countryside Bible Chapel in Lexington on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month.
AXAA BLOOD DONATION AND DINNER TRIP: Tuesday, Sept 7, 1999
The first Tuesday of September is right on top of us and once again it's
time for the first First Tuesday of Every Odd Month Blood Donation and
Dinner Trip. Come to bleed, come for dinner, come to bleed and eat dinner.
The donor center is open from 2 pm to 8 pm.. If you are planning on giving
blood, please arrive by **6:45 pm** so we can eat by a not too unreasonable
hour. Please call the Red Cross 1-800-448-3543 to make an appointment as
they now pre-print the donor forms and my attempting to warn them a group of
us are coming just doesn't do anything useful.
I will coordinate rides for those of you without cars. Let me know if you
can give rides or need a ride. Even if you are planning your own
transportation and can't take passengers, please RSVP so I know how many
people to expect. Options for RSVPing are calling me at home(781-646-3118),
calling me at work(617-495-0573) or sending me email at: ccrazy@world.std.com
