freshman mailing and ice cream!

just another friendly reminder, we shall be congregating in the office
tomorrow evening to prepare our wond'rous freshman mailing and to enjoy
ice cream and each other's company. (and no, not in the same way! :)
there is now a good deal of bubble wrap stashed in the office, and i shall
also be bringing colored pens to help decorate the letters. have fun! be
silly! and do something for the frosh! :)
but anyway. we shall be starting around 7:30ish tomorrow night (wednesday),
and going until people decide to break. feel free to just drop in for a
bit, feel more free to stay for longer... <grin> if you're fairly certain
you'll be able to come, you should email ari (ajw@mit) so he knows how much
ice cream to purchase. or you can email me, especially if you wish to
help with the letters at other times. we have 1050 of them to prepare, so
this will likely take a while, and not all be finished tomorrow night.
but many hands make light work, unless they're all grabbing the same pen
at once. :)
i hope to see many (if not all <poke> :) of you tomorrow!
