Hi,
At the risk of a whole lot of replies, I'm looking for a home
for some of my overgrown aloe.
One condition: *you* have to have the pot and potting soil.
In return, I will hack off pieces that my experience has shown will
readily and happily root if placed, within a month or two, in moist
soil. IE, large pieces, so you need a rather large pot (even if you
cut off all the larger "leaves", you still need room for the older
stalk, which is the part that will quickly root).
I will have two large pieces (8x8" pot required, minimum, and
maybe one such pot for each piece)
...and two smaller pieces which could both together
comfortably fit in an 8x8" pot.
The first people I can deliver to starting around noontime today
(Friday) win.
