Dear APO,
Dance Troupe would like to make a drop poster tomorrow, Saturday, at
noon by using the drop poster paper and paints available in your office.
This will be one of our main publicity items for our upcoming concert, which
starts this Thursday!
Could you please have someone staffing the office from noon until we
finish? This would be greatly appreciated...
