TRANSPORT PLANS HAVE CHANGED! (read to the end of the
email, please!)
So, we're going to Waltham Farms tomorrow. People who were
signed up as definitely yes, and people who were "maybes" got
seperate emails, but I'm sending information to the entire list,
because we can still take more people. We aren't desperate at
this point, though, so if you have other stuff that you really
need to be doing, don't feel guilty that you're not coming. See
you some other time. :-)
Eight people are signed up, including the PC (me), five other
brothers, one prospective, and one alumni/person I've never
heard of :-) [Mims had to cancel.]
We're meeting in the office at 12:45, and leaving promptly at
1pm. We might wait a minute or two for anyone that's signed up
(especially if they call me at home (225-9679) and leave a
voice mail, or email me, or leave a note in the office, hint
hint), but people should plan on being there before that, and
having already eaten lunch before hand.
Oakes says that if it's drizzling, we'll still go, but if it's
heavy rain, we may have to cancel. I'll try to get the word out
if it's canceled, and please assume it's not unless you hear
otherwise. You'll want to dress for a bit of rain and mud, though.
We'll be working on transplanting plants, so your clothes might
get a bit muddy regardless of the weather, so wear old clothes.
Bring money for T plus bus, since the transport plans just changed
(literally 5 minutes ago). I'd recommend sunscreen, a hat, and
a waterbottle because it can be hot work, and old sneakers or boots,
because the ground will probably be wet. I'll try to bring some
work gloves and a cooler of water from the office, but bring maybe
bring your own.
PAY ATTENTION! IMPORTANT!

Transport's changed. Now, instead of meeting us at Alewife T, they're
meeting us at Waverly Oakes bus stop. So we'll be leaving the office
right at 1pm, walking to Central, T-ing to Harvard, and then at Harvard
taking the bus (apparently Waveryly Oakes is the last stop on one of
the bus routes). Dan Roberts from the farm will be meeting us in the
parking lot there will the farm's blue green caravan.
This will make it a lot harder for people who missed meeting in the
office to catch up to us along the way! If you want us to wait because
you know you'll be a bit late, tell me! Because getting there's gotten
more involved, I'm going to be less likely to just hang around hoping
people show up. If you want to plan to meet us somewhere along our
way because it's more convenient for you, okay, but tell me!

We're supposed to start work at 2pm, and be done working by 4pm, so
I think we'll be back to campus by a little after 5, and we can make
sure of that if there's someone who has to be back for something.
