Officer Reports:

Fellowship chair: Go to Midnight Bowling this Friday at 9pm.
ASC: I'd like to get a microwave in the office. Clean up after
yourselves. I'm giving out the couch in the office.
AVP: I'm taking minutes. Yesterday was my birthday.
SVP: Past weekend was Pledge Project. The pledges cleaned along
Charles River. Boston Marathon was Monday, April 19. May 2 is Walk for Hunger.
May 8 is Waltham Community farm.
MVP: Saturday 10 AM is Pledge Class Review.
ApocEd: There will be APOCs this weekend.
PubDir: We continued to sell posters.
Historian: Nothing to report.
President: Conclave was wonderful. There will be a leadership
conference at BU this weekend.
Committee report:

All 8 chapters in the section were present at Conclave. A new chapter will
form at Quinnipeg. Section 96 will have a picnic in Douglas Park, and they
elected a new chair, Marilyn Mims. Fall 99 conclave will be at University
or New Hampshire. There were workshops on leadership, drinking, sex, and etc.
The following people are nominated for office in the upcoming term. Nominations
are open until the office is filled.

AVP: Sara Pickett, Ian

Rules Committee will be presenting Bylaws amendments at the next ExecComm.
Associate membership will be further outlined. Officer structure rearrangement
is being considered.

New Business:

DSK nominations took place. We'd like to pay for the microwave not out of
ASC budget. Cleaning the microwave may or may not be a problem, depending
on who the ASC is. Microwave could attract non-APO people, but that's good.
Motion to allocate 20formicrowave(8 - 0 - 2):
