Sorry it's taken me so long to get this out. If you are running or
attending a plegde interview, please read these guidelines.

Interview Guidelines
Interviews are formal. They should be scheduled in advance, have a
distinct beginning and ending, and occur in a place conducive to a
formal air -- i.e., not over dinner, and not in the APO Office. Dress
code is informal.
The purpose of these interviews is not to intimidate pledges, but to
gain information from them on their experiences as a pledge, attitudes
towards Alpha Phi Omega, and future plans in regards to Alpha Phi
Omega. They are also intended to allow brothers other than the Big
Brother to represent the pledge at the Pledge Class Review, and
finally, to allow the pledge to ask any questions he or she may wish
to.
Anything said at interviews may be discussed only at the Pledge Class
Review, which is closed.
