Prepare yourself for the Third Annual CHARITY Roller Hockey Tournament!
Dates: April 18-22 (Patriot's Day Weekend)
Where: Johnson
Form a team of 4 Students for $50 (3 players, 1 sub)
Cost Guarantees at least Two Games
Game Length: 20 minute Halves (5 min. Halftime Break)
Two Leagues: A (competitive), B (just for fun)
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and two 3rd place teams.
Mandatory Rules Meeting for Captains on Tuesday, 4/13/99
All proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity
All participants will receive a T-Shirt.
This event is being organized by Theta Chi and Zeta Psi.

Names and Email addresses of 4 participants, and Team Name
Specify the league, and clearly indicate who is the captain.
