Hi, all,
This is your PubDir appealing for help yet again.
I'd like as many of the brothers as possible to set up office hours. These
would be times when you can be in the office, so I can tell drop poster
painters, "Return your paint now. Brother Bob will be in the office at 7:32 pmthis Wednesday evening, so someone will be there to check the paint back in."
Such an ablity would hugely help me so I don't have to deal with as many of
the people who email needing me to meet them to return paints and sell paper.
Office hours are NOT reserved for officers only. Any and hopefully all
(please?) brothers can maintain office hours.
These are the hours I collected at ExecComm last night. Please try to sign up
for original and nonredundant times. Also those who have already signed up,
email me if these times no longer work for you.
