Hi everyone . Joint ExecComm happened and was a wonderful thing :)
Many people were there and we spoke about more than just setting the
calendar; we spoke about APO as a whole and where we as APO want to
go.
One of the things that came out of that meeting was a new proposed
standing policy. This standing policy would bring us back to the way
service projects were presented many years ago. The policy will be
proposed in the first part of I banquet (ie. Old ExecComm) The policy
is at the end of this email message.
The agenda for I banquet will be as follows:

2) Discussion among the brothers

taken to approve the project and any financial requirements in support
of the project.
