APO is running it's annual uggliest manifestation on campus (UMOC)
contest this week in lobby 10. People in the past have (properly
costumed) managed to raise thousands of dollars for the charity
of their choice by getting people to vote for them (a penny a vote
and all money raised goes to the charity of the winner's choice).
You can get as many people to help as you want, it's fun and it's
for a good cause. Write ugly@mit.edu if you're interested in running or
helping out. Running so far are
The 5 year old Random Hall Milk
Transparent Horizons
Kerberos 5
Opaque Horizons (that thing in lobby 7)
and two humans running on their own "merits" :)
