Okay everyone we have a problem...
No one is going to conclave. We need to have at least 2 people from
AX attend. Why? Because legislation that is going to be brought up
at Nationals is going to be voted on, and issues and legislation of
our area is going to be discussed and voted on. We need to vote. We
also need to be there to make sure we agree with what will be passed.
I will be in California that weekend, otherwise I would go. We need
at least 2 volunteers. If we have more people that will be good,
everyone can keep each other company. The projects will be fun. You
can go up for just Saturday and Sunday.
If we don't have a car going, Ellen will buy you a bus ticket to get
there.
They are going to wave the late fee.
I have to give them names on Thursday.
We need to be represented. I need people to go.
Please respond to this email if you would be willing to go.
We will discuss this breifly at Chapter Meeting this Weds at *9pm*
Yes, chapter meeting has been moved to 9pm in W20-400 this week.
Thanks in advance to all of you who will volunteer...it will be
fun...it really will, I spoke to the organizer, it actually sounds
kinda cool.
