ASA Office allocation policy

The ASA has produced an office allocation policy, whose main feature
is that groups would no longer own offices, but lease them from the ASA for
three year periods. After a lease runs out, the group would have to reapply
with all the other groups that want an office, with no squatter's rights.
A copy of the policy is on the coffeetable in the office. Please read
it over and make suggestions for amendments, with rational to back them up. If
you dislike the policy in its entirety, please state convincing reasons why.
This information will be used at the next ASA general body meeting, where the
policy will be voted on. NO FLAMES, PLEASE.
